- No Unnecessary Personal Details: We do not ask for your home address or phone number. A valid email address and an account username are enough to use Tokzoid.
- Alias Friendly: You can use an alias as your username.
- Account & Order Logs: We keep basic session information, such as IP address, browser type and device details, to keep sign in secure and show accurate order updates.
2. Payment Providers
- Card Payments (Stripe): Card payments are processed by our payment provider on its own secure pages. Tokzoid does not see or store your full card number.
- Crypto Payments (Cryptomus): Crypto payments run through Cryptomus. We only receive the transaction ID and amount needed to credit your Tokzoid wallet.
- Wallet Balance: Money you add to your Tokzoid balance is tracked on our servers and is not shared with third parties for marketing.
3. Cookies and Analytics
- Essential Cookies: We use session cookies and sign in tokens only to keep you signed in and to complete active wallet top ups.
- Google Analytics: We use anonymized IP data to monitor speed and uptime and to fix broken links. We do not allow other companies to reuse this data.
- Live Chat & Communications: Password reset and order emails are sent through our email delivery service.
4. Your Rights and No Data Sales
- Zero Data Selling: We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data or the links you submit to marketing companies.
- Account Erasure Rights: You can ask us to delete your registered email, order history and account data from our servers at any time.
- Automated Protection: Built in spam checks and security measures help protect your dashboard from unauthorized access.
